Refinedeastern operates an industrial processing plant in Argentina dedicated to the production and distillation of high-strength refined polymers. Through this B2B portal, industrial clients can manage orders for petrochemical raw materials by the ton, including high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and high-impact polypropylene (PP-HI), intended for the automotive and packaging sectors.
The client declares to be a legal entity or individual with legal capacity to contract industrial services. They are responsible for providing truthful information regarding the required volume, technical specifications of the polymer, and delivery conditions. Any modification to the order must be communicated at least 72 business hours in advance.
Refinedeastern commits to delivering the refined polymers in accordance with the technical specifications agreed upon in the purchase order. Material quality is certified through laboratory analysis prior to dispatch. The suitability of the product for applications not communicated by the client at the time of contracting is not guaranteed.
Under no circumstances shall Refinedeastern be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or lost profits arising from the use of the polymers, unless willful misconduct or gross negligence is proven. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered in the corresponding order.
Access to the B2B portal is restricted to authorized users. Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited. Refinedeastern reserves the right to suspend access in the event of any misuse or violation of these terms.
Refinedeastern may modify these terms at any time, notifying registered users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the portal after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
